The idea of using essential oils can be a bit daunting for most so I thought I'd ease you in with a little bit of useful info. Essential oils are extracted from plants found in nature and are highly concentrated. When making a purchase, be sure the oils are of certified pure therapeutic grade.
Many oils can be found blended with others. At Small Potatoes, we sell single compound oils. Below are ideas for using some that we carry. In addition, we currently have sweet orange, clove bud, patchouli and peppermint. Have fun exploring more uses for essential oils in your life!
